Most clients provide private payments. Some clients have Long term Care insurance policies, others have Veterans coverage. Most clients make out of pocket payments based upon monthly invoices.

Typically a visit to client to determine service needs, and hours of Care. Based upon this visit a caregiver maybe assigned.
