We offer housing and placement services to ensure your loved one is in a safe, secure, and comfortable home. Our team works closely with Social Workers, Case Managers, and Adult Care homes to ensure the best possible care for your family member.

 

We work in collaboration with several group homes that provide housing. Most homes offer semi & private rooms. Included are meals, daily activities, medication oversight and Activities of Daily Living. These are perfect for the individuals who can no longer care for themselves at home alone. We work with both licensed & unlicensed homes. The rates are based upon the level of care needed for the client.
